Frequently Asked Questions

A country music club is a regular social event celebrating the love and enjoyment of live country music. These gatherings bring together fans of the genre, offering a welcoming space to enjoy both British and international country music. Unlike large concert venues, country music clubs in the UK are more intimate, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for attendees. Westline Country Music Club takes place on the second week of each month, providing a consistent opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant country music scene.

At Westline Country, we operate on a simple, straightforward basis; there's no need for memberships or long-term commitments. Instead, you can join us for each event by securing a ticket or making a reservation. This approach ensures that everyone has the flexibility to attend whenever they like without any ongoing obligations. To make things easy, we've provided ticket links above where you can book your spot in advance. Be sure to grab your tickets early, as we often fill up quickly, and we'd hate for you to miss out!

Our music selection covers a broad range of country music styles, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. You'll hear classic country hits from legends like Johnny Cash and Dolly Parton, alongside modern country tracks from chart-topping stars like Luke Combs and Carrie Underwood. Whether you're a fan of the old-school classics or the more contemporary sounds of today's country music scene, our events offer a perfect blend of both.

To keep the energy high throughout the evening, our award-winning DJ Lee Kitching is on hand to play your favourite country hits during the intervals. He'll also be taking your dance or song requests.

While we do not offer structured dance lessons during these events, we do encourage everyone to get involved and have fun. Some experience with country dances is helpful, as the nights are primarily for social dancing and enjoying the music. If you're looking to learn the steps, we recommend attending one of our online workshops before the event. We aim to ensure that everyone has a great time, whether you're an experienced dancer or just getting started.

A typical event includes a mix of live performances, where you'll enjoy solo artists, or DJs playing a wide range of country hits. Dancing is a central part of the evening, with open dance floors where you can join in on line dancing or partner dancing. Whether you're an experienced dancer or a beginner, there's always room to hit the floor.

Advance ticket purchase is required for most events. However, for some occasions, tickets may be available at the door. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Casual attire is perfectly acceptable, but we encourage you to embrace the western spirit by wearing country-style clothing to enhance the fun. Think cowboy boots, denim jeans, plaid shirts, and cowboy hats to really get into the country vibe.

The Seale & Sands RBL features a fully stocked bar with a selection of beers, wines, and spirits. We do not provide food at our events (unless otherwise advertised). You're welcome to bring your own snacks to enjoy at your table. Alternatively, you can purchase bar snacks such as crisps and nuts from the bar.

We aim to ensure all guests have a comfortable experience. Our venue is equipped with wheelchair-accessible entrances, restrooms, and designated seating areas. If you have any specific accessibility needs, please get in touch with us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to assist you.

The club offers a spacious car park, with additional on-street parking available nearby for overflow if needed. No overnight parking is permitted.
