This document applies to any bookings which are made for our Weekend Events.
To make a booking, the person making the booking (the “lead guest” or “booker”) may book online by filling in the booking form on the Westline Country website; or by filling in a booking form (either printed or electronically).
All bookings are unconfirmed and not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Westline Country, and any deposit requested by Westline Country has been made, and the receipt has been issued to the booker.
Any cancellations or alterations to your booking must be advised to Westline Country by telephone in the first instance and followed up in writing. Cancellation is possible up to 21 days before arrival. After this point, any cancellations will incur the total cost of the booking.
All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable in all circumstances; unless the event is cancelled or postponed by Westline Country.
Westline Country recommends that you take out adequate travel insurance cover for your booking to cover you in the event of injury or illness, redundancy or cancellation.
Your full payment must be received on or before the final balance due date shown on the booking form at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge interest on the late payment of outstanding balances at a rate of 4% interest per annum above the current Bank of England base rate.
Should the lead guest query any part of any invoice, he/she should pay the undisputed balance of the sum owed on the date that it is due and the remainder once the query has been resolved.
The “lead guest” is responsible for all members of their party, including payments. The “lead guest” must make all guests aware of these Terms; any subsequent Terms and Conditions provided by the hotel upon check-in.
Guests may not bring alcohol, including beers, wines, and spirits, into any hotel public areas without prior arrangement with the hotel or Westline Country.
Should any guests’ behaviour or activities be deemed unacceptable to Westline Country, the hotel or English Law, we reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the premises. Should this occur, no payment would be refunded.
The cost of any damage caused to the hotel, property or grounds by any guest in your party must be reimbursed directly to the hotel. Westline Country will not be liable for damages caused by any guest.
Westline Country has taken reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained on our website and any printed publications are correct. We reserve the right to alter, withdraw, or substitute any entertainment, service, facility or amenity at any time, without prior notice.
