Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to your questions; if you need more information please contact us.

Are there any restictions at the venue?

A 'Track and Trace' system is in place where it is recommended that you check-in or provide contact details upon arrival. This is no longer a legal requirement, but can help contain an outbreak should any confirmed cases of COVID-19 occur.

Visible social distancing measures are still in place with screens in the bar area, social distancing markers on the floor and signage to convey a 'one-way' system to enter/exit the premesis and for order/collection at the bar.

Contactless payments are encouraged for all transactions where possible, however cash is accepted.

We recommend that guests wear a face covering when moving around the venue (except when using the dance floor), however this is no longer a legal requirement.

What is the seating plan for the venue?

A copy of our seating plan can be found here. Tables are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis at the point of ordering your tickets online via our website, or over the telephone. We cannot guarentee your table will be the same every time you visit, as we may need to seat people in different spaces to seat the maximum number of pepole safely within the venue.

Are we allowed to line dance?

Line dancing is permitted under Step 4 of the Government Guidance; however guests should use their own personal responsibiltiy to make informed choices about whether to dance or not.

There is a higher risk of transmission from 'energetic activity' and 'free movement' of people; associated with dancefloors over a prolonged period of time.

Guests are reminded to keep a safe distance and be respectful of others. If the dancefloor is crowded, you should decide whether you wish to dance or not.

What time can I arrive?

We will not permit any of our guests to enter until 7PM, after soundcheck has been completed. This is to ensure all members of staff and artistes and the puiblic are safe whilst we move around the venue, setting up lighting, tables and sound equipment.

Can I pay on the door?

We perfer not to take cash payments. Guidance for our sector suggests that tables are reserved and booked in advance; so all bookings must be made via our website, paid using contactless methods where possible. If you are unable to book online – you can call us on 07885770734 to seek alternatives. Please do not turn up without a reservation – you will not be permitted to enter the building.

What are the timings for the performance?

The timings will be as follows:

Live Performance8PM – 8.45PM
DJ8.45PM – 9PM
Live Performance9PM – 9.45PM
